What if the peace you're looking for isn't in your mind... but in your body?
The sessions
A space to move and be moved
A place where the body starts to speak, the mind learns to quiet, and the soul remembers how to shine.
"The body keeps the score."
Our stories, memories, and emotions stay in the body until we release them. In these sessions, we gently create space for what has been held inside to surface, in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
We deepen into our bodies through mindful movements, guided practices, and heart-to-heart connection. We explore different aspects of our lives to bring more energy back into the present moment.
We give our bodies permission to express what they have carried for years.
The space for you to
Release stored emotions and reduce anxiety
Move your body freely, no rules
Express your feelings in a safe way
Feel lighter and more relaxed in your body
Increase happiness, freedom, and inner calm
Connect with parts of yourself asking for attention
No dance experience needed. No choreography. No performance. No learning steps.
Just movement that comes from within.
Why it works
Everything you have been through in your life is remembered by your body. It will not disappear until the body allows it to be released. We often cannot resolve pain, wounds, or traumas with the logical mind, because it is the subconscious mind that learnt them. It unlearns through the body, not through more talking, blaming, or finding reasons.
In these sessions, we create space for what has been held inside to surface, in a safe, non-judgmental environment. We give space for both body and mind to show the truth and lead us deeper.
We give our bodies permission to express what they have carried for years, and our minds permission to calm down and reset.
I offer offline group sessions in Da Nang, and private offline & online sessions.
Group Somatics & Dance Therapy Sessions
Group sessions have a unique dynamic. The people who come together do not arrive by coincidence. Something calls each person to be there, at that particular moment, with those particular people.
In a group, we often mirror aspects of one another that we cannot easily see in ourselves. Through being in a space with others, we gain new perspectives on our own experiences, emotions, and patterns. Sometimes hearing someone else's story feels surprisingly familiar. Sometimes simply being seen and witnessed by others can be deeply healing.
Group work offers opportunities to be seen, heard, supported, and reflected by multiple people. Often, this is exactly what we need. While everyone is united by a common theme or intention, each person moves through their own unique process and discovers their own insights.
These sessions create a space for exploration, self-discovery, authentic expression, and connection. Through movement, somatic awareness, reflection, and shared experience, we reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and the wisdom they hold.

Private sessions, online & offline
Private sessions are made to meet your personal needs at the moment.
Whether it's a trigger that shows up today or something that keeps coming up for decades, we create a space for it to be seen, unpacked and loved. This is a personal space with my full presence and attention dedicated to your process.
We begin with an intention, question, challenge, or area of life you would like to bring into the session. Sometimes we arrive with a clear topic, and sometimes what seems to be the issue is only the doorway into something deeper.
Together, we follow the thread of your experience and allow the body to guide us toward what wants to be seen, felt, expressed, or transformed.
Drawing from somatic movement, dance, Internal Family Systems (IFS), art therapy, mindfulness, embodiment practices, shamanic practices and intuitive inquiry, we explore not only the stories of the mind, but also the wisdom held in the body.
A session may include
Somatic awareness and body-based exploration
Movement and dance as a tool for insight and expression
Art therapy
Working through images of the subconscious mind
Working with different inner parts and voices (IFS-inspired)
Emotional processing and nervous system support
Exploration of relationship patterns and life transitions
Connecting with intuition, inner resources, and authentic expression
Body-work practices
People come for many reasons
Relationship challenges
Life transitions and major decisions
Emotional overwhelm
Self-discovery and personal growth
Reconnecting with themselves and their body
Exploring recurring patterns and beliefs
Deepening their sense of authenticity and aliveness
Disconnection with body, its signals and sensations
Each session is different because each person is unique. Rather than offering fixed solutions and a fixed structure to everyone, I create a space where your own wisdom can emerge and guide the way forward. That is what makes insight real. Your own wisdom starts to speak to you, rather than someone giving you all the answers. It keeps talking to you after the session, and becomes louder the more you listen to it.

My story
Why I dance
When I was 6 years old, I started my journey in choreography, which lasted for 9 years. There was so much learning, "straight back, pull in your belly," performing, being on stage, competing, smiling through pain.
I'm deeply grateful for this part of my life, but it also damaged my confidence and my picture of the self. I was 16 when I graduated.
The saddest part begins here. From 16 until 25, I couldn't dance at all. I couldn't move my finger when I heard music. I couldn't dance with friends or loved ones. I couldn't move my body even when I was all alone at home. That's how deeply shame had settled into my body.
Everything changed with my first ecstatic dance. Through all the shame, fear, and feelings of unworthiness, I went and danced like never before in my life. That festival changed everything. My body began to remember what it feels like to be alive.
There, I met my future dance therapy teacher, and later joined another festival where I experienced her practice on a deeper level.
I'll skip what changes were happening in my body in the following six months, how my ayahuasca journey began because of the dance, and how my first kundalini awakening happened through movement. It would be too many words. What I really want to share is not the words, but the feeling.
"I want to share with you the experience of being moved by the God. The body moving by itself. The experience of feeling so free to express anything that you have no choice but to be yourself, to choose yourself again and again, to remember who you truly are."
Now I'm a part of the ecstatic dance team in Da Nang. Together we want to bring all this experience straight to your heart. That's what dance therapy is for me. It helps gently rewire reactions and patterns, not through sudden change, but through a gradual, soft, and deeply embodied process.
